Jahanni Comix / The Jahanniverse is a multimedia fiction project founded and lead by artist/writer Wumbl.
The premise is as follows: Angels are in charge of the reincarnation industry, while demons run the trade of witchcraft and other magics. There once was a very powerful God overseeing all of this, who gradually became jaded and exhausted, going into retirement to try and find a new sense of purpose. Now the world hangs in a delicate balance as both factions fight for influence.
Somewhere in the middle of Massachusetts is a mysterious desert country called "Jahannam", which has no laws or central government and is run by a collective of criminal organisations as a pseudo-socialist society. Jahannam is home to some of the most powerful people in the world, as well as a tractor beam for all kinds of exciting happenings with its density of both radical politics and stigmatised business practices.
Jahanniverse Story #1 - Flirting With Death

Flirting With Death follows the most infamous hitman in all of Jahannam, as he is faced with a prophecy about his impending death. His murderous ex-girlfriend is blazing a trail into town with her new squeeze, and an angel has come down from heaven on a mission only to fall head-over-heels for the infamous contract killer Radical Jason.
With the help of a demon, a ghost, an angel and his fatherly boss, Jason must go against the forces of heaven to save himself. Many would say he has no right to live, but he's determined to anyway.
Jahanniverse Story #2 - The Life And Times Of Lladro
GENRE - PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR
Lladro Allchurch wakes up in the hospital and is informed that he has suffered a self-inflicted overdose and sustained chemical brain damage. He can't remember anything about his life until this point, until his therapist asks him to start keeping a dream journal. The goal is to record his dreams to try and decode his past, but delving into his subconscious puts him in direct conflict with his inner demons.
Lladro must do everything it takes to reconnect with the people in his life, and to come to terms with whatever it was he did to get where he is. It's his only hope of getting discharged and living his life again. The monsters in his mind are waiting for him every time he closes his eyes - and sometimes, they can't even wait that long.
